In the basement of the house there is a wellness area with an 25m2 indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a workout room as well as a relaxing area where the billiard is located. The indoor pool is equipped with swimming jet and it is heated while the outdoor pool provides swimming experience right by the sea. On the upper floors of our villa there is a living room and a sleeping area.
